Okay, here we go with a bit of a pick up...

New Listings - 11
- 6 properties in the Salinas-Monterey Highway area

Reduced Listings - 4
- Average price reduction ~$90K
- One listing was for a business in Marina reduced to $79K from $89K

Sold Listings - 1
- A 3/2, 1533 sq ft home in Seaside that sold for list price of $699K

Expired - 14, Canceled - 2
